Checking Your Form

But your correct address is:

Then your form will not be processed.
Do check your form carefully before submitting it.

Printing and Signing Your Form

After the easy application system generates your official and completed application form, you should print out a copy and sign it. An arrow mark will indicate where you need to place your signature.
Please note that your signature must the same as the one on your passport. Otherwise, the application form will be not be considered valid.
