Required Documents (KYC Policy)

The following documents are required to order your Debit Card:

* Colored copy of your passport or National ID.
* Copy of your Proof of Address (e.g. utility bills, tenancy agreement)
|
Please note that your name and address must appear on this document. Otherwise, a Declaration of Hosting signed by the person whose name appears on the document must be produced along with his ID and the Proof of Address itself.

Card Creation Process
|
|
|
Once your order and payment have been confirmed, you can now accomplish the online Prepaid Card Application Form. Fill in the form with your information.
|
in case you don´t have an Oobac Account, the Create Account page is accessible from this screen.

Then system will create eligible application for you automatically, and show you on your screen.
Print this form, and sign.
The completed document can be sent us back by courier along with a photocopies of your KYC documents mentioned above. Then the procedure begin.
It takes from one to two weeks upon reception to process this application.
